1. How can I place a reservation for a DAF Block stand on DAF Expo?

Reservations are processed via a standard reservation process.

– Click on DAF BLOCKS, Modular Expo
– Select your stand size in square meters
– Choose your desired setting of the Block
– Add the Block to your shopping cart and if desired add additional stand items
– Click on ‘’Checkout’’ if your selection is complete
– Fill in your personal and company details, you have the option to place a reservation as a guest or you can create an account to save your personal and company details

– You have the possibility to fill in additional event information
– Once you have filled in your company details and the delivery address, you must confirm that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of delivery for DAF expo
– Then click “Make Reservation”
– Once you have submitted your reservation we will contact you within 24 hours on working days by phone to discuss your event details
– All prices quoted are rental and exclusive of transportation. After we have contacted you by phone you will receive a quotation with the total price including transportation cost
– If all details are discussed and you agree to the quotation, you may sign the quotation and send it back to us by e-mail or fax.

2. How can I place a reservation for a larger DAF stand?
Should you need a larger DAF stand for your event, than we can design and realize a custom stand in DAF branding style for you.
– By clicking on DAF Expo, Special Made, you can see a wide variety of movies and pictures of special made DAF stands as inspiration material
– Please fill in your personal and company details in the contact sheet, together with general event information and an estimation for your budget for the event
– We will contact you within 24 hours on working days by phone to discuss the possibilities and the design of the stand with you
– After making a design, we will be able to make a quotation for your event.
3. How can I remove an item from my reservation?
If you have not yet confirmed your reservation, you can remove an item from the shopping cart by clicking on “My reservation’’ at the top of the page or by clicking on the shopping cart image.
Your reservation is then displayed. You can remove an item by clicking on the cross icon next to that item. Should you want to change a reservation after submitting it, you will have to contact us by filling in the contact sheet by clicking on the ‘’Contact’’ button on the top of the page.
4. How can I change the number of items in my reservation?

If you have not yet placed the reservation, you can change the quantity of an item in the shopping cart by clicking on “My reservation” at the top of the page or by clicking on the shopping cart image. Your order is displayed and you can change the quantity by entering a different number in the “Quantity” field for the relevant item or by clicking on + or -.

Once you have entered a new number, you must click “Update Cart” to update your reservation. Should you want to change a reservation after submitting it, you will have to contact us by filling in the contact sheet by clicking on the ‘’Contact’’ button on the top of the page.

5. How can I cancel a reservation?
In case you want to cancel your reservation before submitting it, you can simply click on the cross icons next to your items in your shopping cart. In case you want to cancel your reservation after submitting it, you will have to contact us by filling in the contact sheet by clicking on the ‘’Contact’’ button on the top of the page.
6. Can I modify a Block stand?
In case you want to make modifications to a Block stand such as a small change in size or set up, please explain your modifications clearly in the ‘’Notes’’ area when submitting your reservation, or contact us by filling in our contact sheet by clicking on the contact button on the top of the page. We will make you a quotation with a new price.
7. Can any of the additional stand items be ordered apart from a Block stand?
All additional stand items can only be ordered in combination with a Block stand.
